Designing homes isn’t just my career—it’s something I truly love.

I’m Alyssa Wavra, founder and principal designer of Wavra Design Co. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of helping homeowners, builders, and developers transform ideas into thoughtfully designed homes throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. My work includes custom homes, remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), multi-family developments, neighborhood planning, and land use projects.

Growing up on my family’s multi-generational farm in Oregon gave me a deep appreciation for home, family, and creating spaces where life happens. That perspective continues to influence every design. I believe a home should be beautiful, functional, timeless, and tailored to the people who live there.

One of my favorite parts of this profession is collaborating with clients. Whether you have a fully developed vision or just a few ideas sketched on paper, I enjoy the creative process of bringing those ideas to life. Every family is different, and I believe every home should reflect that. My goal is to make the design process enjoyable, approachable, and exciting while creating spaces that you’ll love for years to come.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me in the beautiful Willamette Valley with my husband and our four children. Based in Silverton, Oregon, Wavra Design Co. proudly serves clients throughout the Willamette Valley, Central Oregon, Eastern Oregon, the Oregon Coast, Southern Oregon, Southwest Washington, and everywhere in between.

I’m proud to be an active member of the Portland Metro Home Builders Association, the Marion & Polk Home Builders Association, and the Home Builders Association of Western Oregon, allowing me to stay connected with the building industry and the communities I serve.
